7 Year Storm Cycle: Katrina, Isaac, Hurricane Sandy And The Perfect Storm.

"Earlier this year Hurricane Isaac hit New Orleans exactly 7 years to the day that Hurricane Katrina devastated the gulf coast in 2005. Now Hurricane Sandy will slam the east coast of the US 21 years (three cycles of seven years) to the day of the anniversary of the Perfect Storm back in 1991. Is that two major coincidence

s in one year? What are the chances that two major storms land exactly on the anniversaries of two prior epic storms, and disrupt US politics in a presidential election year?"

Isaac as you may recall, disrupted the GOP National Convention in Tampa, FL. Now Sandy could potentially disrupt the US Presidential election on November 6th after starting to intensify on the day of last week’s presidential debate.

One thing is for sure, Hurricane Sandy is a force to be reckoned with. A 100 year storm that in meteorological terms is characteristically called a “bomb.” With so much “coincidence” and disruption in a presidential election year, perhaps this won’t turn out to be a normal election year cycle for the stock market either, but rather an eventful year capped by a Black Swan named Sandy.

With earnings and revenues for the 3rd quarter showing signs of weakness, the last thing we need is a major storm that throws water on the flickering flames of the economy and people’s lives. The NASDAQ is already down around 9% from its September 21st highs, and many market forecasters have been calling for a stock decline of up to 20%. Indeed, storms can be costly, and we’ll see how the market reacts in the aftermath of Sandy, but hopefully this storm won’t cost anyone their life.

Events like this are a good example of why I advise People to get ready for God's judgment, God's perfection's number is 7, THINK ABOUT IT, GET RIGHT OR GET LEFT, I'M TALKING ABOUT FOR BEING LEFT BEHIND AT THE RAPTURE .

2012 Vision of Camel's Head laying on East Coast of America.
As we know there was in the East Coast just happened the Hurricane sandy, this is the biggest storm/ hurricane in US history, they are in EAST COAST, 12 states : CT, DE, MA, MD. ME. NC, NH, NJ, NY, PA, VA, VT, NYC (New York City).

12 stands for the twelve disciples. Additionally: ...the twelve disciples... who were promised by Jesus:
"...in the regeneration when the Son of Man shall sit in the throne of His glory, ye also shall sit upon TWELVE THRONES, judging the TWELVE TRIBES OF ISRAEL." (Matt.19:28)

Second answer:
Twelve in the Bible signifies governmental perfection.

In the Old Testament:
There were twelve patriarchs from Seth to Noah (before the flood), and twelve from Shem to Jacob.

Twelve persons were anointed by God for government:
Aaron, Nadab, Abihu, Eleazar, Ithamar, Saul, David, Absalom, Solomon, Jehu, Joash, Jehoahaz

In the New Testament:
Besides the twelve Apostles, the measurement of New Jerusalem will be 12,000 furlongs square, while the wall will be 144 (12 x 12) cubits (Revelation 21:16,17).
And twelve legions of angels mark the perfection of angelic powers (Matthew 26:53).

Just like in his vision from God said, his vision several months before the storm happened.
This will cost much more than hurricane Katrina to repair the damage and the lost.
I believe that camel head in his vision, it tells that after the hurricane in the East Coast, the judgment of God is coming to the US, from there the rapture of the church IS NOT TOO FAR OFF OR VERY VERY CLOSE, ACCORDING TO THE JEWISH YEAR 5773, WE ARE IN THAT YEAR NOW,

The Camels are Coming: A Year to Bridge the Past and Enter the Future! Move from Recovery to Wholeness!

Rosh Hashanah occurs on the first and second days of Tishri. In Hebrew, Rosh Hashanah means, literally, "head of the year" or "first of the year." Rosh Hashanah is commonly known as the Jewish New Year. This name is somewhat deceptive, because there is little similarity between Rosh Hashanah, one of the holiest days of the year, and the American midnight drinking bash and daytime football game.

There is, however, one important similarity between the Jewish New Year and the American one: Many Americans use the New Year as a time to plan a better life, making "resolutions." Likewise, the Jewish New Year is a time to begin introspection, looking back at the mistakes of the past year and planning the changes to make in the new year. More on this concept at Days of Awe.

The name "Rosh Hashanah" is not used in the Bible to discuss this holiday. The Bible refers to the holiday as Yom Ha-Zikkaron (the day of remembrance) or Yom Teruah (the day of the sounding of the shofar). The holiday is instituted in Leviticus 23:24-25.

The trumpet feast/ Rosh Hashanah/ Yom Teruah this year is Jewish Year 5773: sunset September 16, 2012 - nightfall September 18, 2012
Head of the Year 5773: The Camels are Coming - A Year to Bridge the Past and the Future and Move from Recovery to Wholeness!

Wow is that the sign of the transition of the church age will be over (rapture) and replaced by tribulation period for 7 yrs ? That's a lot of meanings to it !

Obama finally tells the truth and the world laughs…

Did Obama tell us the Rapture was going to take place during Christmas season ? Was it HIDDEN in this message?

“Now, if I do win a second term as President, let me just say something to all my conspiracy-oriented friends on the right who think I’m planning to unleash some secret agenda: You’re absolutely right. So allow me to close with a quick preview of the secret agenda you can expect in a second Obama administration. In my first term, we ended the war in Iraq; in my second term, I will win the war on Christmas. In my first term, we repealed the policy known as “don’t ask, don’t tell”- in my second term, we will replace it with a policy known as, it’s raining men.  In my first term, we passed health care reform; in my second term, I guess I’ll pass it again."
Majority of Christian believe Christmas is the celebration of the birth of Christ (in the reality Jesus birth date is not on Dec 25, btw), perhaps the rapture close to that season ??? I'm talking about the season, not the day and the hour, btw ..To US citizen, that's why vote Obama, so you can be raptured , this year, if not it will not happen , and you have to wait longer time LOL :D
Of course I don't know, I'm just expressing myself, this is kind of prophetic, we never know till the time is there ..

On Nov 27, 2011
When I was listening in the youtube video about rapture dreams, I read the TV schedule on the Sunday newspaper, directly on the words "The Wedding date." and the other one "Four Christmases." These are the movies that will on the TBS channel on TV tonight.

The Wedding is the marriage between the Lamb (The Bridegroom Jesus Christ/ Yeshua HaMashiach) and the church and it will occur in heaven after the rapture of the church.

I do not watch TV much by the way, but I was only reading those words, I prayed before to God several times to reveal when the rapture will happen so I can save more people, and I'm concerned very much for my loved ones, but I do not persue it too much to God to tell me, as we know the exact day and hour when the rapture will happen and the tribulation period will start, only God the Father knows that.

After I read those words on the paper today, I'm wondering The Lord told me about the rapture will happen on or close to Christmas Holiday.
I found there are many testimonies regarding the timing of the rapture prophecies, dreams and visions, which is close to Christmas Holiday, it's not just a few but many of them. I never heard people had rapture dreams/ visions and prophecies that tell the rapture will happen on another time, perhaps it's very few that tells about it that will occur on the other Holiday such as Rosh Hashanah's Holiday.

I'm not setting the dates but we must be aware of we're in the rapture season during this time of the year, this is not just the Holiday season !

Jesus/ Yeshua was born on Tabernacles Feast / Sukkot (September), let me show you why the reason God's judgment is coming during Christmas season :

These Bible passages clearly tell about those who are left behind, after the rap
ture of the church.

Hosea 4:6
My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because you have rejected knowledge, I will also reject you, that you shall be no priest to me: because you have forgotten the law of your God, I will also forget your children.
The understanding for a Christmas rapture can be redacted from the book of Amos 5:20-27 & 8:9-10 and Jer 51:39-41, KJV

Amos 5:20-27, KJV
20Shall not the day of the LORD be darkness, and not light? even very dark, and no brightness in it?
21I hate, I despise your feast days, and I will not smell in your solemn assemblies.
22Though ye offer me burnt offerings and your meat offerings, I will not accept them: neither will I regard the peace offerings of your fat beasts.
23Take thou away from me the noise of thy songs; for I will not hear the melody of thy viols.
24But let judgment run down as waters, and righteousness as a mighty stream.
25Have ye offered unto me sacrifices and offerings in the wilderness forty years, O house of Israel?
26But ye have borne the tabernacle of your Moloch and Chiun your images, the star of your god, which ye made to yourselves.
27Therefore will I cause you to go into captivity beyond Damascus, saith the LORD, whose name is The God of hosts.

Amos 8:9-10, KJV
9And it shall come to pass in that day, saith the Lord GOD, that I will cause the sun to go down at noon, and I will darken the earth in the clear day:
10And I will turn YOUR FEASTS (CHRISTMAS) into mourning, and all YOUR SONGS (CHRISTMAS SONGS / CAROLS) into lamentation; and I will bring up sackcloth upon all loins, and baldness upon every head; and I will make it as the mourning of an only son, and the end thereof as a bitter day.

Jeremiah 51:39-41, KJV
39In their heat I will make THEIR FEASTS (CHRISTMAS), and I will make them drunken, that they may rejoice, and sleep a perpetual sleep, and not wake, saith the LORD.
40I will bring them down like lambs to the slaughter, like rams with he goats.
41How is Sheshach taken! and how is the praise of the whole earth surprised! how is Babylon become an astonishment among the nations!

That because God hates Christmas, majority christians celebrate that, indeed christmas is originally Pagan Holiday and was brought by Roman Catholic Church and become the tradition to most all christian churches all over the world.

No such thing t
he Biblical proof that God/ Jesus asked us to celebrate His birth,  ...

This was God's warning to this woman, He spoke in audible voice to her, I believe that, until today God does still spoke audibly to people not just during Biblical times, as for my self He spoke in audible voice four times to me.

I read this over 3 yrs ago, someone's testimony regarding celebrating Christmas (This is real story), let me quoted this :

My father is a minister and I grew up in a Christian home all my life. When my mother was in Bible school, around the Christmas holiday, she was singing "Silver Bells" while it was playing on the radio when God spoke to her audibly and forcefully. He repeated the words, "It is an abomination to me." three times. She had no idea why God would say that to her, but she started to talk to some of her professors about it. Her professors disclosed to her that the pagan roots of Christmas were something they had wanted to teach about many times, but the board would never approve of it.

December 25th was chosen as the date to celebrate Christ's birthday because it was a day that the Romans celebrated the birth of Mithras, the sun god. Followers of Christ felt that their God deserved a birthday celebration if even the pagan gods had them. Mithra's birthday is Dec. 25th because it is winter solstice, after which the days begin to grow longer... sunnier. ...

Posted on 11/19/2008 at 12:11:47 PM

In the reality :
The date for Christmas may also bear a relation to the sun worship. According to the scholiast on the Syriac bishop Jacob Bar-Salibi, writing in the 12th century:

Jesus/ Yeshua was not born on Dec 25, He was born on Sukkoth (Sept).
This is very good explanation, and the Bible tells so.

While I was worshiping God today, God clearly spoke to me in my heart. "Too many Christians are drinking. They are drinking on Christmas, New years eve etc. They are behaving like unbelievers and thinking they can drink as long as they are not  heavily drunken. One cup of wine, hundreds cups of wine is as same. Who gave you a standard that one glass of wine is alright with Me? Who has set that rule? Be Holy as I am Holy." Father commanded me to write about drinking wines, alcoholic drinks. But since I did not have full knowledge of drinking alcoholic beverage, I had to research. This is an excerpt from the note "Beer and Other Alcoholic Beverages in the Bible" by Gary T. Panell

“Then the LORD spoke to Aaron, saying: ‘Do not drink wine or intoxicating drink, you, nor your sons with you, when you go into the tabernacle of meeting, lest you die. It shall be a statute forever throughout your generations, that you may distinguish between holy and unholy, and between unclean and clean, and that you may teach the children of Israel all the statutes which the LORD has spoken to them by the hand of Moses” (Leviticus 10:8-11). “It is not for kings, O Lemuel, it is not for kings to drink wine, nor for princes intoxicating drink; lest they drink and forget the law, and pervert the justice of all the afflicted” (Proverbs 31:4-5).

“Priests were ordered not to drink during their course in the Temple so they could tell the difference between the good and the bad. Kings and princes were not to drink for the same reason. They were to abstain from drinking so they could tell the difference between right and wrong and be fair in their judgment of the people who came before them.

“The book of Revelation states that those who have accepted Christ as Savior are kings and priests: ‘[…and from Jesus Christ, the faithful witness, the firstborn from the dead, and the ruler over the kings of the earth. To Him who loved us and washed us from our sins in His own blood, and has made us kings and priests to His God and Father, to Him be glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen.]*’ (Revelation 1: 5-6)

“The apostle Peter also says that we became kings and priests. We are members of a royal family. ‘[But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light…]*’ (1 Peter 2:9)

“Because of our salvation through faith in Christ we have become sons, the adopted sons of the King. As such we are members of the King’s family, and the orders that went out to the kings and priests apply to us. We are not to drink so that we will have clear judgment and discernment as God’s representatives in this world.

‘As the Father has sent Me, I also send you.’ Jesus told His disciples (John 20:21b). As Christians we are sent to witness, to teach the people. This is the responsibility of the believer. ‘[Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,]*’ the Lord Jesus Christ instructed His disciples (Matthew 28:19). In order to teach we must know the difference between right and wrong.

The word most often in Greek in the Bible texts is oinos,” and in Hebrew it is “yayin.” These words have historically been used to refer to the juice of the grape, whether fermented or unfermented.  So to assume that every time the Bible uses the word "wine" it is talking about a "fermented drink" is not looking at the facts!

In Genesis, where Lot and Noah got drunk on it, it is obviously fermented. I might add, note how it got them both into TROUBLE by drinking fermented wine.

The fermented wine was considered inferior to the fresh grape juice (wine). This observation can help us understand the nature of the "good wine" produced by Christ at the wedding of Cana (John 2:10). Jewish people considered fresh grape juice as good wine when wine (fresh grape juice) consisted high in sugar.
…To the Roman world of New Testament times, the best wines were those whose alcoholic potency had been removed by boiling or filtration. Pliny, for example, says that "wines are most beneficial (utilissimum) when all their potency has been removed by the strainer." Similarly, Plutarch points out that wine is "much more pleasant to drink" when it "neither inflames the brain nor infests the mind or passions" because its strength has been removed through frequent filtering… The wine Christ made was of high quality, not because of its alcohol content, but because, as Henry Morris explains, “It was new wine, freshly created! It was not old, decayed wine, as it would have to be if it were intoxicating. There was no time for the fermentation process to break down the structure of its energy-giving sugars into disintegrative alcohols.”

People in Bible times did know how to preserve their grape juice, so it would not spoil or ferment, and they did this even without refrigeration" To preserve their sweet juices in a hot climate, people often boiled the juice down until it was thick like syrup, and later when they were ready to use it they would add water to it. Also they would boil their juices and, then seal the air out. There were other methods to prevent fermentation like filtration or by drawing off the juice from the subsided yeast, and by the use of sulfur. They could, at times keep juice in a cool place such as in a cave, underground or in water. They tried to prevent grape juice from fermenting.

Timothy was told by Paul, to take a little wine for his stomach’s sake and not to just drink water. We know Paul was speaking here of grape juice which is good for your stomach, your heart, and the rest of your body. He was not telling him to drink a fermented wine, because this would have been bad on his stomach and digestive system. Some say a little wine is good for your heart, but it has other side effects that are not good for you, when you could drink dark grape juice. It will have healthy benefits for your heart, without the negative side effects on the rest of your body.m Early church father named "Athenaeus" states, "Let him take sweet wine, either mixed with water or warmed, especially that kind called protropos (juice coming from the grapes before they are pressed), as being good for the stomach."(Athenaeus, Banquet 2:24).

Alcohol also causes bad effects on the muscular, skeletal, nervous, and circulatory systems as well. Deuteronomy 32:33 says, "Their wine is the poison of serpents, and the cruel venom of cobras." So the Hebrew word (chemah) is translated as "poison" when speaking of fermented wine in this passage of Scripture.

The Bible says, "Wine is a mocker [obviously fermented here], Strong drink is a brawler [causes violence], and whoever is led astray by it is not wise." (Proverbs 20:1)

However, most churches teach that Scripture approves of the moderate use of alcohol, but prohibits immoderate use of it. This could not be further from the truth! I would comment, "With this kind of teaching no wonder we have so many problems with alcohol in our Christian homes today!" The Bible teaches total abstinence from alcoholic liquors, or temperance as it used to be taught.
Ephesians 5:18, in some versions the word "excess" is used. The New King James Version more accurately uses the word "dissipation" (meaning intemperance or the opposite of temperance-which is total abstinence from alcoholic liquors).

1 Timothy 3:2,3 and Titus 1:7, we have the phrase, "not given to wine" this is taken by some to mean, "not to be addicted" to alcohol. But in reality the Greek word used here is, "mee-paroinon," literally, not at, by near, or with wine (alcohol). According to Paul, total abstinence is an indispensable qualification for a pastor.

Proverbs 23:31-32, "Do not look on the wine when it is red, when it sparkles in the cup, when it swirls around smoothly; at the last it bites like a serpent, and stings like a viper."

Many Talmudic Rabbins have in vigorous words condemned the drinking of wine and strong drinks. Some Rabbis have even ascribed the downfall of Israel to wine. An example of disapproval is the statement, often repeated with minor variations by different rabbis, which says: "When wine enters into the system of a person, out goes sense, wherever there is wine there is no understanding."

“The irony of the charge in Acts 2:13 that the apostles were drunk on gleukos, that is, grape juice, their common beverage, provides an indirect but important proof of their abstinent life-style and inferentially of the life-style of their Master.

"Wine separates man from the way of life and leads him in the pathway of death, because wine leads to idolatry. . . . Thus we learn that wherever [Scripture] speaks of wine, there you find also dissoluteness . . . For this Isaiah said: ‘The strength of the law is in salvation, but the strength of wine is in sorrow. Woe to those who are heroes at drinking wine’ (Is 5:22). For this we read: ‘Who has a woe? Who has sorrow? Who has strife? . . . Those who tarry long over wine’ (Proverbs 23:29-30). When wine enters the body, out goes sense; where ever there is wine there is no understanding.

“Similar rabbinic warnings against wine are found in the compilation of Talmudic statements on wine by Rabbi Isidore Koplowitz. Here are some: ‘Whenever wine enters a person, his mind becomes confused.’ ‘Rabbi Isaac said, ‘The evil spirit entices a person only while he is eating and drinking, and when one becomes merry by wine, then the evil spirit has the mastery over him. . . . The drinking of wine causes the evil inclinations to be awakened within a person, as it is written, ‘And they made their father [Lot] drink wine that night etc.’ (Gen. 19:33).

In Revelation 1:6, we are called kings and priests, according to Scripture kings or princes were not to drink fermented wine or intoxicating drink, Proverbs 31:4, 5. We are also told that priests were not to drink any wine or intoxicating drink when they went into the tabernacle (or temple), Leviticus 10:9 and 10. Then 1 Corinthians 3:16 says, "Do you not know that you are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you?"

I have to say that when you dig into this subject by using internet information, be very careful. You will find overflowing of information that will say to you, "it is not sin to drink wine, as long as you are not drunk" They will even give you some scriptures to persuade that how bible tells you and encourage you to drink wine. Those are from devils! Be very careful when you find information from internet.

Lastly..I like to ask Christians who drink wine to ask few questions to themself. What is the purpose of drinking alcoholic drinks even to the point where you have to defend and justify? Does drinking glorify God? Is it for advancing Kingdom of God or for your pleasure? You must go kneel down before God and ask God on this matter with seriousness.

Do you realize drinking wine with the contain of alcohol ingredients are CONTAMINATED with poison, just like in the bible says :
The negative references to "wine" have to do with fermented and intoxicating wine. Some of the reasons Scripture condemns the use of alcoholic beverages are that they distort the perception of reality (Is 28:7; Prov 23:33); they impair the capacity to make responsible decisions (Lev 10:9-11); they weaken moral sensitivities and inhibitions (Gen 9:21; 19:32; Hab 2:15; Is 5:11-12); they cause physical sickness (Prov 23:20-21; Hos 7:5; Is 19:14; Ps 60:3); and they disqualify for both civil and religious service (Prov 31:4-5; Lev 10:9-11; Ezek 44:23; 1 Tim 3:2-3; Titus 1:7-8).

This is the same like in drinking water, one single drop of poison will CONTAMINATE the whole water and so is the good unfermented grape juice or the real wine that Bible is talking about, one single drop of alcohol can contaminate the whole good grape juice (Biblical wine).
The Devil CONTAMINATES many people's minds today with its counterfeit rules/ twisting the word of God, and the purpose of this is just to steal, to kill and destroy.

When people use the bad thing a little bit, it seems harmless, but after for quite sometimes, it will be harmful.

The CONTAMINATION of the Devil is his LIE. He puts many LIES through many false doctrines, false religions etc..

When you read this article carefully, what kind of the wine in the Bible is talking about ? The wine in the Bible is the good grape juice (it was fresh, unfermented grape juice. ) NOT anything mixed with alcohol beverage !!!
Don't try to twist the Scripture to drink wine is all right !

The "good wine" Jesus made at Cana (John 2:10) was "good" not because of its high alcoholic content, but because it was fresh, unfermented grape juice. This is indicated by external and internal considerations. Externally, contemporary authors, such as Pliny and Plutarch, attest that "good wines" were those which did not intoxicate, having had their alcoholic potency removed. Internally, moral consistency demands that Christ could not have miraculously produced between 120 to 160 gallons of intoxicating wine for the use of men, women and children gathered at the Cana’s wedding feast, without becoming morally responsible for prolonging and increasing their intoxication. Scriptural and moral consistency requires that "the good wine" produced by Christ was fresh, unfermented grape juice. This is supported by the very adjective used to describe it, namely kalos, which denotes that which is morally excellent, instead of agathos, which means simply good.

The "new wine" Jesus commended through the parable of the new wineskins (Luke 5:37-38; Mark 2:22) was unfermented must, either boiled or filtered, because not even new wineskins could withstand the pressure of the gas produced by fermenting new wine.

The self-description of Jesus as "eating and drinking" (Matt 11:19; Luke 7:34) does not imply that He used alcoholic wine, but rather that He freely associated with people at their meals and elsewhere. The phrase "eating and drinking" was used idiomatically to describe Christ’s social lifestyle.

The "fruit of the vine" Christ commanded to be used as a memorial of His redeeming blood (Matt 26:28-29; Mark 14:24-25) was not fermented wine, which in the Scripture represents human depravity and divine indignation, but pure unfermented grape juice, which is a fitting emblem of Christ’s untainted blood shed for the remission of our sins. This conclusion was established through a study of the language of the Last Supper, the Jewish Passover wine, the Passover law of fermentation, the consistency of the symbol and the survival of the use of unfermented grape juice at the Lord’s Supper. Most telling is the fact that Josephus calls the freshly squeezed grape juice "the fruit of the vine." This establishes unequivocally that the phrase was used to designate the sweet, unfermented juice of the grape. The evidences submitted shows that Jesus abstained from all intoxicating substances and gave no sanction to His followers for using them.

The most powerful Biblical indictments against intoxicating wine in Ephesians 5:18, where Paul condemns wine as the cause of debauchery and shows the irreconcilable contrast between the spirit of wine and the Holy Spirit of God. To my great surprise, however, I found that most English translations and commentaries have chosen to translate or interpret Ephesians 5:18 by making "drunkenness" rather than "wine" the cause of debauchery. This was surprising to me because not only the Catholic and Protestant Italian translations, with which I am most familiar, but also numerous other ancient and modern translations, all translate Paul’s text as saying that in the very nature of wine is debauchery. It seems that some English translators had such a predilection for wine that they decided, to borrow the words of Ernest Gordon, to "save the face of wine while condemning drunkenness."6

The translators’ bias toward wine became most evident in the study of the apostolic admonitions to abstinence, expressed through the verb nepho and the adjective nephalios. The first meaning of the verb is "to abstain from wine" and of the adjective "abstinent, without wine." Yet these words have been consistently translated with their secondary sense of being "temperate, sober, steady," rather than by their primary sense of being "abstinent." Such biased and inaccurate translations have misled many sincere Christians into believing that the Bible teaches moderation in the use of alcoholic beverages, rather than abstinence from them.

It was equally surprising for me to discover that the fundamental reason given by Peter and Paul for their call to a life of mental vigilance and physical abstinence is eschatological, namely, preparation to live in the holy presence of Christ at His soon Coming.

To abstain from intoxicating substances represents a tangible response to God’s invitation to make concrete preparation for the physical return of Christ. The analysis of the apostolic teachings regarding alcoholic beverages presented in Chapter 6, the longest in the book, provides in my view the most compelling defense of the Biblical principle of abstinence from intoxicating beverages.

Some Misunderstood Passages.

To be fair to those who find support for their moderationist position in certain Biblical passages, I devoted Chapter 7 to an extensive analysis of five of such passages. The study of each text in the light of its immediate and larger context, the historical customs of the time and the overall teaching of Scripture, has shown that none of them contradict the Biblical imperative for abstinence. On the contrary, some of them indirectly but conclusively support abstinence.

Proverbs 31:6, for example, suggests in an ironical fashion that alcoholic beverages are only suited for killing the excruciating pain of someone who is dying. Similarly, Hosea 4:11 provides no justification for a moderate use of alcoholic beverages for two reasons. First, because "wine and new wine" are mentioned figuratively, as representative of the good gifts God had provided to the children of Israel, gifts which they had used for idolatrous purposes. Second, even if "wine and new wine" were alcoholic, they are condemned in the text for taking away understanding, irrespective of the quantity used.

In a different yet equally convincing way, 1 Timothy 5:23 supports the principle of abstinence in two significant ways. First, the advice, "No longer drink only water," implies that Timothy, like the priests and Nazirites, had abstained until that time from both fermented and unfermented wines, presumably in accordance with the instructions and example of Paul. Second, the apostle recommended to Timothy to use only a little wine, not for the physical pleasure of the belly, but for the medical need of the stomach. Ancient writers such as Aristotle, Athanaeus, and Pliny indicate that unfermented wine was known and preferred to alcoholic wine for medical purposes, because it did not have the side effects of the latter. In the light of these testimonies and of the other Biblical teachings regarding wine, it is reasonable to assume that the wine recommended by Paul for medical use was unfermented grape juice.

The conclusion of this whole study on the Biblical teaching regarding the use of alcoholic beverages can be summarized in one sentence: Scripture is consistent in teaching moderation in the use of wholesome, unfermented beverages and abstinence from the use of intoxicating fermented beverages.

In this article says :

The fermented wine was considered inferior to the fresh grape juice (wine). This observation can help us understand the nature of the "good wine" produced by Christ at the wedding of Cana (John 2:10). Jewish people considered fresh grape juice as good wine when wine (fresh grape juice) consisted high in sugar.

What kind of drink did Jesus drink ? Unfermented grape juice!
The Hebrew word "yayin" and Greek "onios" mean : unfermented grape juice NOT fermeneted grape juice or wine!

It's too bad, so many people misinterpret the word of God because of the lack of knowledge of the Hebrew and Greek word and what they do mean!

The Zechariah curse

Zech 5:6, KJV

And I said, What is it? And he said, This is an ephah that goeth forth. He said moreover, This is their resemblance through all the earth.

The KJV states, “This is an ephah that goeth forth. In as much as an “ephah” in Hebrew (Strong’s 374) is a dry measure of about 5 gallons used as a grain measure.  It appears to be symbolic of a measuring basket that is filled with the contents, which is stated to be a woman.  Is this a container or an object to measure?   A container carrying something is a literal translation.  An object to measure its contents is the spiritual translation.

The angel messenger continues, this is what this object resembles.  In Hebrew, “resemblance comes from the word ayin, (Strong’s 5871) which literally and figuratively means eye”.  Yet if one letter were to be changed, it would come from the word, avon or avin, (Strong’s 5771) meaning iniquity, fault, mischief, punishment of iniquity or sin. This latter translation is found in the Septuagint and adopted by the RSV. So we have the translation: This is their resemblance throughout the earth, in contrast to “This is their iniquity throughout the earth.”

So now we look to see what is this basket or ephod, which is the flying Megillah scroll.

Zechariah 5:7-8 – Here is a lead disc lifted up, and this is a woman sitting inside the basket”,
Then he said, “This is Wickedness!”
And he thrust her down into the basket, and he threw the lead cover over its mouth.

This is a strange sightIn the traditional translation, we visualize a prison in which the opening at the top is weighted with a leaden disc (“talent” or “round disc” lead (Heb. kikker) in the KJV) to prevent the escape of a woman inside.  The woman, always a woman.  In the scriptures, the woman represents Israel, the New Testament church, or the apostate church, the Harlot, yet it is always a woman in distinction to her lover and courtier, God.  Here, something appears to be wrong.

The Hebrew word, ishshah, or nashiym (Strong’s 802), both mean a woman in its rightful sense, legitimate and a non-adulteress. On the other hand, in ancient Hebrew, there were no vowels, so with one change of the vowel, the same word could also mean, eshshah, (Strong’s 800) meaning the feminine form of fireUsing the same spelling, “ishshah”, (Strong’s 801) in a ritual sense, this same word is used as a burnt offering or a sacrifice of fire. Therefore the same word, ishshah can mean woman or a burnt offering, a sacrifice of fire.

Let us develop this idea a little more.  Here the woman, which actually means a sacrifice of fire is personified as “wickedness” or evilSo what we have in reality is an “evil fire offering’ which is enclosed by a lead barrier at the opening and secured inside the 35 foot container (basket) which looked like a Megillah roll.
Scroll of Esther
Let’s now look at the translation by Messianic Rabbi Michael Rood.

Zechariah 5: 7-8 – “Then I saw a mass of lead and a fire offering, as it was lifted up and secured in the container.  And he said, “This fire that you see being put in the container, is an evil fire offering.” Then he secured the fire offering in the container and put the lead mass in the opening.”

Michael Rood, a messianic rabbi made this commentary about the flying Megillah scroll:

Michael Rood - “The container in which this mass of lead and fire offering is placed is 34.3 feet long and 5.5 feet in diameter.  It flies. It will completely consume the homes of the disobedient in the land of Israel – including all of the wood and the stones.  This fire offering is evil and it is encased in leadThat, my friends, is a missile with a nuclear warhead poised to strike the land of IsraelSwallow hard.

“Non-critical masses of U-235 uranium or other fissionable materials are encased in lead to protect friendly personnel from contamination before detonation.  When the warhead is activated, a controlled explosion propels the non-critical masses together to reach critical mass.  That creates the evil fire that produces a holocaust – a burnt offering of everything in the path of the fireball.  Moments later, the vacuum left from the departing fireball sucks the smoke and debris back into the void, and a pillar of fire and smoke shoots up into the stratosphere, darkening the sun, moon, and stars. (See ‘The Mystery of Iniquity’ by Michael John Rood; appendix VI - Modern Warfare Technology in the Book of Revelation:  Bridge-Logos publishers)

Here the word wickedness is a general word, which also encompasses the moral, religious and secular or civil evil that remains in the Land of Israel.  With the return of the Jews in the time of Zechariah, many of the returnee Jews did not have their hearts aligned with the will of God (Hashem).  So today, even after 1948, with the return of the Jews from all the lands of the world, a large secular segment of Jewish society do not adhere to any form of halakhah, or Torah observance, and some are ardent haters of Israel.  This whole evil system, whether secular Zionism, reformed Judaism, or the world banking and commercial systems in which Jewish control is so prominent, is set to be destroyed or cast out of the Land of Israel.  (2 Thessalonians 2:6-8)  This land is set to be purged and cleansed of wickedness and evil.”

The Nuclear Judgment of God

Zechariah 5:9 – Then I raised my eyes and looked,
and there were two women, coming with the wind in their wings;
http://biblesearchers.com/prophecy/zechariah/zech5_files/image002.jpgfor they had wings like the wings of a stork,
and they lifted up the basket between earth and heaven.

Indian and Pakistani Missiles

Again we appeal to a translation that could describe a modern geo-political event during the time of the end.  Here we see two evil fire offerings (nuclear warheads) who had wings of fire like the wings of a stork.  The winds of the fire propulsion system was in their wings as they lifted off the ground and the missile that looked like a single rolled up Megillah scroll lifted up into the heavens.

Are we looking again at another description of a nuclear powered missileThis time Zechariah had to look up into the sky and watch a flying aerial space object.  There was not just one fire (woman), as seen in the ephod, but two, like a twin propulsion engines or a two staged rocket ship.  These two fires were lifted up in a tube like structure that looked like a single rolled Megillah scroll topped with a container that looked like an ephod or basket. Like the wings of a stork with the power of a mighty wind, this aerial missile became airborne.

Zechariah 5:9 -  “Then I looked up and saw as two fires came out of the container,
And the fires caused the wind to lift the container by its ‘stork like’ wings, from the earth into the sky.”

As Rabbi Rood explains,

Rabbi Michael Rood - “Zechariah saw two fires come out of the container that propelled the missile into the sky.  A two stage nuclear missile is a very common bird among the nuclear arsenals of the world. India’s nuclear missile is a two stage device (two fires) that is named ‘Agni’ which in Hindi means ‘fire’

The missile that Zechariah was watching has short wings that resemble the wings of a stork.  Every missile on the face of the earth has that same feature...

Jewish scientists created each of the three varieties of nuclear warheads on this planet.  In fact, it was the lineage of Levi that developed this modern ‘fire offering’ technology.  If you don’t have the Levites up on the Temple Mount doing sacrifices, they get into all sorts of weird stuff. They are going to do a fire offering - one way or another.”

As the testimony of the Torah teaches:

Genesis 49:5 - “Simeon and Levi are brethren; instruments of cruelty are in their habitations.”

Zechariah 5:10-11 – So I said to the angel who talked with me,
“Where are they carrying the basket (container)?”
 And he said to me, “To build a house for it in the land of Shiner;
When it is ready, the basket will be set there on its base.”

It's very clear in Zechariah's vision talks about the nuclear war :

Zechariah does indeed describe the effects of a nuclear neutron bomb explosion.
Flesh and blood are vaporized, yet structures remain in tact.

Zech 14:12, KJV
And this shall be the plague wherewith the Lord will smite all the people that have fought against Jerusalem; Their flesh shall consume away while they stand upon their feet, and their eyes shall consume away in their holes, and their tongue shall consume away in their mouth.
